Happy new year and it’s February already. 2019 is shaping up to be a good year as we have had seven harvests already. The paperbark trees have just started blooming and our honey is flowing in abundance. Also, I have great news to share with all of you! We now have five locations for our bees and each new home has its own distinct taste. It all depends on what’s blooming. So, in addition to our usual Norah Head and Umina Beach, we also have The Watagan Mountains, Wyee Valley and Paterson. Honey tastings at the market take a bit longer nowadays but its so much more fun. We are celebrating diversity and loving the experience of each new taste.
Happy Honey Day!
